I was able to get the profileOption file from an account that doesn't have this problem and has the Goty version. If you just want to play single player and ignoring the multipalyer (if there are even people playing it), put the file and replace it inside C:\Users\{Your Account}\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save.
I bought a dragon age inquisition in steam, before that I played it through a subscription (the subscription is still active), but all the dls disappeared in the game, I can't get pets, armor, content.

I then deleted the EA Play App and enjoyed a month and a half of my third playthrough of Inquisition with some brand new (for me) DLCs, always launching the game through Origin. The problem began earlier today when I decided to do try out Battlefield 4 and in reinstalling the EA Play App it seems to have screwed my saves royally.
I managed to fix the problem by logging into the EA App by clicking on the steam icon above username. It directs you to steam and you just need to follow the instructions indicated. Then just relaunch the game. Many thanks my dude (tte) #8. V Jan 20 @ 5:02am.

EA app is currently having a server issue, confirmed by their support agents. Insane to think that we live in a time where if their server is broken then we can't play our *singleplayer* games. This trend seriously needs to stop. I noticed it when my entire game collection was missing. Play OFF-Line mode.
Managed to solve the missing DLC problem by deleting the profile and profile options files in the saves folder. Bioware had a beta tester program for a while, prior to and through the release of the Black Emporium. If you were one of the Beta Testers, you would have two versions of the game installed, the Beta and the non Beta and, one version cannot join the other in multiplayer.
They don't work.. I think somebody posting this same problem on ea's forum a year ago managed to find out that the dlc copies included are not verified as being tied to your account/purchased, so the game doesn't recognise them as being installed/owned, even though they are on gamepass. If you pester ea enough they might give you a code to
Hi Everyone, I bought this game during the last sale and just installed it now but it's just not launching even with all the troubleshooting steps i've seen online and in the forums here.
