To clean the battery terminals, spray the cleaner onto the corroded terminals, making sure to cover all the affected areas. Allow it to sit for two or three minutes, and then wipe clean with a wet towel. If that didn’t remove all of the corrosion, use the battery terminal brush or a toothbrush to scrub it.
